About Co-Impact

Co-Impact is Israeli NGO, initiated in 2015, to advance the Diversity, Equity & inclusion (DE&I) of Arab Society within the largest companies in the Israeli private sector. In parallel, Co Impact is the enabler of a Collective Impact Model, leading forums and connecting all stakeholders to work in partnership towards a breakthrough in Arab employment.

Responsibilities

*Build the department strategy and an annual work plan including planning, implementation, monitoring and measurement.

*Maintain and build Co-Impact’s philanthropic donor base- knowledge of the field, experience in networking and reaching donors.

*Manage and oversee resource development team members –

*Supervise the execution of grant applications / reports / donor updates.

 *Co-ordinate and prepare donor visits, reporting and presentations.

 *Prepare and oversee budgets – income, program, expense.

Requirements

*Uphold the vision and the values of Co-Impact. 

*Understanding of Arab society and the field of employment

*Experience as a resource development professional

*Strong managerial abilities – with experience as manager and leader.

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both English and Hebrew

*Financial proficiency – ability to build, track and report on budgets. 

*Strong interpersonal skills – ability to work with numerous people and partners, in different positions.

*High organizational, and multitasking skills -ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

*Full-time position located in Tel Aviv and Hadera.
