Head of Educational Programs

The YAEL Foundation is seeking a Head of Educational Programs to lead our global Jewish educational strategy. This senior role includes curriculum assessment across schools and camps, designing content for programs like our Leadership Summit, and ensuring grants are maximizing educational impact.

Location: Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem | Full-Time | In-Person

We're looking for someone with:
✅ 10+ years in Jewish education, including leadership roles
✅ Strong curriculum design & evaluation skills
✅ Deep knowledge of Jewish texts & Hebrew pedagogy
✅ Experience with European Jewish communities
✅ Excellent English and Hebrew
