Grants Team Manager

The YAEL Foundation is seeking a Grants Team Manager to lead our international grantmaking team. This role supervises 6–8 account managers and ensures high-quality partnerships with 120+ Jewish schools and organizations across 40+ countries.

Location: Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem | Full-Time | In-Person

We’re looking for someone with:
✅ 6+ years in grantmaking, education, or philanthropy
✅ 4+ years of experience managing teams
✅ Strong organizational and field strategy skills
✅ Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration abilities
✅ Fluent English; conversational Hebrew (other languages a plus)
