Head of Human Resources

A philanthropic foundation that supports Jewish education globally is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Human Resources. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping our HR strategy, designing and implementing policies, talent recruitment, and fostering a workplace culture that aligns with the Foundation’s mission and values.
Location: Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem | Full-Time | In-Person

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, recruitment strategies, and performance management systems.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and employee retention efforts.
- Advise leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and employee relations.
- Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with our values.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and compliance.

Requirements
- 5+ years in HR, with a focus on recruitment and organizational development.
- Proven experience building HR functions from the ground up.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
